When it comes to fries, are you team regular or team sweet potato? I'm team sweet potato all the way, and this air fryer version is my new not-s0-guilty pleasure!

Ok... so what do I love about sweet potato fries? Well, for one, they're packed with vitamins and antioxidants you don't find in regular potatoes. Which automatically makes me feel better about eating them. But aside from that, I love fact that sweet potatoes are less starchy than regular potatoes and I especially love the slightly sweet flavor.

So... I figured... why not try them in the air fryer? And I'm SO glad I did. They came perfectly tender on the inside and crispy around the edges, and I love the fact that they're made with hardly any oil.

Of course, Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries don't have the same level of crispiness as fries cooked in oil, but they definitely have more crunch than baked fries. And they're ready in a fraction of the time! The perfect healthier alternative that's guaranteed to satisfy your cravings. Trust me... I would know!
