The BEST Copycat Cane’s Sauce! This sauce is super creamy and packed with amazing flavor. The perfect dipping sauce for fried chicken, french fries, or any of your favorites!

It’s always interesting to me how restaurants can become famous for one specific thing. Case in point: Canes Sauce. When I first heard about Raising Cane’s, it wasn’t because there was one opening up nearby, but because I kept seeing copycat recipes online! Apparently they were famous for their sauce? Clearly I needed to get my hands on some.
So when my kids decided to stop there their way home from Six Flags, you better believe I had them bring some sauce home to me. And this recipe is the perfect copycat.
It’s perfectly creamy and flavorful, with a hint of sweetness and plenty of savory. We love it with chicken tenders (of course) but it’s also delicious with anything fried or air fried (my Air Fryer Green Beans are a favorite!) Whether you’re hooked on Raising Cane’s Sauce or trying it for the first time… you’re going to LOVE this recipe.
what you’ll need for this recipe
Mayonnaise – Mayonnaise forms the creamy base of this recipe. I used Hellman’s Real Mayo, which is always my go to. Substitute Miracle Whip if you prefer, but note that the flavor of the sauce won’t be as authentic as it would be with mayo.
Ketchup – 1K/4 cup ketchup combines with the mayo to create a slightly sweet, creamy sauce. I used Heinz Tomato Ketchup.
Garlic powder – Garlic powder adds extra flavor to the sauce and helps to balance out the sweetness of the ketchup. Substitute fresh minced garlic for a more intense garlic flavor.
Worcestershire sauce – Worcestershire sauce adds a deliciously savory depth of flavor to the sauce. Fe
Lemon juice – Lemon juice brightens up the flavor and balances out the acidity. Use fresh or bottled.
Salt & pepper – Salt and pepper help bring out all the other delicious flavors.
