Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; whisk well.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Notes

Recipe Variations

  • Use any brand or variety of mayo, including olive oil, canola oil, or reduced fat
  • Substitute Miracle Whip for a slightly different flavor
  • Use fresh minced garlic in place of garlic powder
  • Add additional spices, such as onion powder, celery salt, smoked paprika, creole seasoning, black pepper, or a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Add hot sauce or liquid smoke
  • Enjoy it on burgers, sandwiches, or wraps
