Easy 2-ingredient Honey Simple Syrup comes together in minutes and makes a delicious addition to any of your favorite cocktails or mocktails!
I’ve recently been on a mission. To “up” my at-home cocktail game! Because as much as I love going out and trying new cocktails, the reality is it’s expensive! And sometimes… you just want to stay home.
So I’ve been trying my hand at classic cocktails, tiki drinks, martinis, and even some non-alcoholic drinks like this Bee’s Kiss Mocktail. And if there’s one thing I know… it’s that flavored simple syrup makes ALL the difference!
I’ve made all kinds of versions, from Strawberry Rhubarb Simple Syrup to Rosemary Simple Syrup to Coconut Lime Simple Syrup… and the thing I love about this Honey Simple Syrup is just how versatile it is! It’s amazing in old fashioneds and sours, and I LOVE it in gin drinks. Check out my recipe suggestions at the bottom of the page!
