Instructions
Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil; boil until the honey has completely dissolved into the water. Remove from heat and cool before using.

Use any of your favorite flavored honeys
Use spicy honey to make hot honey simple syrup
Add cinnamon sticks, vanilla extract, or almond extract to make your own flavor combo
Adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less honey and water
