Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil; boil until the honey has completely dissolved into the water. Remove from heat and cool before using.

  • Use any of your favorite flavored honeys
  • Use spicy honey to make hot honey simple syrup
  • Add cinnamon sticks, vanilla extract, or almond extract to make your own flavor combo

Store simple syrup in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Simple syrup will keep for up to 2 weeks.
