Fresh, flavorful Greek Chicken Bowls are one of our favorite easy dinners! Loaded with Greek seasoned chicken, chunky feta cheese, fresh veggies, and homemade tzatziki sauce… they’re easy to make and perfect for meal prep!

When it comes to dinner requests, there are a handful of recipes that consistently come my way. Namely Fettuccine Alfredo, Baked Turkey Sandwiches, Chicken Parm, and probably the most requested… Greek Salad.
I’m not sure what it is that my kids love SO MUCH about Greek Salad (the olives? the feta? the dressing?) But the truth is they’re ALL all about it. And you better believe I make it often!
So I decided it was probably time to mix it up a little… before we all start growing tired of the same dinner on repeat. And since I recently made the BEST Greek Chicken Bites, these bowls were basically a no brainer.
They can be made as is or over romaine, mixed greens, or rice. The ingredients and amounts are all easily adjustable… and the options for customizing are endless! These bowls would be delicious with falafel, gyro meat, or a scoop of homemade hummus. And best of all, they couldn’t be more perfect for meal prep.

what you’ll need for this recipe
Chicken – I used 1/2 pound chicken per bowl, using my Greek Chicken Bites recipe. Substitute any type of Greek seasoned chicken or another protein if you prefer.
Veggies – I added 1/2 cup tomatoes, 1/2 cup cucumbers, 1/4 cup kalamata olives, 2 pepperoncini peppers, and 2 Tablespoons sliced red onion. Feel free to add chopped bell peppers, avocado, or any of your favorite vegetables.
Feta – 1/4 cup cubed or crumbled feta cheese adds delicious creaminess, saltiness, and flavor.
Tzatziki – For the sauce, I used homemade tzatziki. Add a drizzle of Greek dressing for extra moisture and flavor.
Fresh herbs – Fresh herbs pack in so much extra flavor and are the perfect finishing touch. I used fresh dill and fresh parsley.

how to make Greek Chicken Bowls
Make the chicken. Prep the chicken breast. I used my Greek Chicken Bites recipe, which can be made in the air fryer or oven.
Prep the ingredients. Chop the vegetables and feta and make the Tzatziki Sauce. Having everything prepped in advance makes these bowls come together quickly and easily.
Assemble the bowls. Assemble the bowls by combining chicken, veggies, cheese, sauce, and fresh herbs. Feel free to adjust the amounts to taste.
