Tender, juicy Greek Chicken Bites… made with just 3 ingredients and ready in 10 minutes or less. This chicken is seasoned with a blend of Greek spices and even more delicious dipped in homemade tzatziki sauce!

Everyone now and then I make a new recipe I just can’t get enough of. My most recent obsession? Air Fryer Chicken Bites with Hot Honey Mayo. I made them morning, noon, and night for about 2 weeks straight… and I still crave them to this day.
There’s just something about air fryer chicken bites that’s so tender and juicy and delicious. The perfect way to cook chicken, if you ask me. Because the pieces are small… and they cook quickly and evenly… leaving no time for them to dry out.
They’re delicious straight from the oven or air fryer basket, and even more delicious with your favorite sauce or dip. We love adding them to salads and pitas and serving them over rice… and they’re the perfect addition to any Greek Chicken Bowl!

what you’ll need for this recipe
Chicken – 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
Olive oil – 1 Tablespoon olive oil, used to coat the chicken and help the seasonings stick
Greek seasoning – I used a homemade blend of Greek spices, made with oregano, basil, garlic powder, dried onion, salt, pepper, marjoram, dill, rosemary, parsley and thyme. Use a store bought blend for convenience!
Tzatziki – Homemade Tzatziki Sauce takes this chicken to the next level. Dipping it in Garlic Aioli would also be delicious!

how to make Greek Chicken Bites
Cut the chicken. Cut the chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces. *For the most tender bites, cut against the grain, or perpendicular to the direction of the muscle fibers.
Coat in olive oil & Greek seasoning blend. Place chicken to a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle with 1 Tablespoon olive oil and 2 Tablespoons Greek seasoning blend. Toss to coat.
Air fry or bake. Add seasoned chicken to air fryer basket and air fry at 385°F for 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Shake the basket a few times during cooking. For best results, use the grate inside the basket.
