Greek Chicken Bites

Tender, juicy Greek Chicken Bites... made with just 3 ingredients and ready in 10 minutes or less. This chicken is seasoned with a blend of Greek spices and even more delicious dipped in homemade tzatziki sauce!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Greek seasoning

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces. *For the most tender bites, cut against the grain, or perpendicular to the direction of the muscle fibers.
  • Place chicken to a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle with 1 Tablespoon olive oil and 2 Tablespoons Greek seasoning blend. Toss to coat.
  • Add seasoned chicken to air fryer basket and air fry at 385°F for 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Shake the basket a few times during cooking. For best results, use the grate inside the basket.

Notes

Baked Greek Chicken Bites

This recipe is easy to make in the oven! Simply spread the chicken on a rimmed baking sheet brushed with oil. Bake at 425° for 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway through, until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Storing & Reheating

Chicken Bites can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, spritz lightly with oil and transfer to air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F for 4-6 minutes or until heated through.
