Rich, decadent Brownie Cheesecake Dip… made with just 3 ingredients and perfect for dipping strawberries, bananas, or any of your favorites!
I have lots of memories of baking with my mom as a kid… but one of my favorite memories of all is when she would let us lick the beaters. Whether it was brownie batter or cookie dough or homemade frosting… even though it was just a tiny little taste, it always felt like such a treat!
As I got older, of course, I eventually traded in the beaters for a spoonful… and eventually the spoonful for this Brownie Cheesecake Dip. Because why settle for basic brownie batter when you can have brownie cheesecake instead??
what you’ll love about this recipe
Made with just 3 ingredients, this dip is super easy to whip up as a last minute dessert! It’s delicious as is, and also easy to customize by adding any number of fun add-ins (check out my ideas below)!
what you’ll need for this recipe
Brownie mix – I used 1 cup of boxed brownie mix as the starting point for this recipe. Starting with brownie mix gives this dip a rich chocolatey brownie flavor that would be hard to replicate without it.
Cream cheese – Cream cheese gives this dip a delicious “cheesecake” flavor without overpowering the brownie mix. I used 4 ounces of plain cream cheese, softened to room temperature.
Vanilla yogurt – Vanilla yogurt blends with the cream cheese to make this dip extra creamy and smooth, without being too thick. I used 1/2 cup of regular vanilla yogurt (not Greek.)
Chocolate chips (optional) – I also tossed in 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips. This is a completely optional, yet delicious addition to the dip.

I know it. I tell people what I do and they’re like, gosh that sounds so easy! Ugg if only they knew! Social media is the biggest time suck for me. But then again, creating a blog post? You have to bake, photograph, edit, write … I am so impressed you do it so well while being an incredible mom!
I’m all about brownies and dips (because there isn’t as much portion control 😉 so this is perfect! Looks so easy and rich!

I’m controlling myself to not lick the screen right now! There is nothing better than brownie batter!!! Love this! And love your post. I’m so very new to blogging still but I know that I wouldn’t even be this far without the help of other bloggers. I love how I can send a message to another blogger to ask them a question and they are always so quick to respond and so kind. This is such a wonderful community to belong to. Time management is my biggest struggle! I’m already late on a post for this week! Seems like a never ending struggle. Making the food at the right time to get the pictures in the right light while scheduling that around naps and school pick ups. Makes my head spin! Good luck to you as you again will be figuring out a schedule with your newest little one arriving soon! So exciting though! Such good problems to have 🙂

I am so bad about commenting on other people’s blogs and sharing as much as I’d like, I just can’t do it all. So please know that I love your blog and I’m not ignoring you, I just suck at time management!! I know what you mean, this blogging community surprises me every day! You deserved the surprise shower (both!). Can’t wait for your little girl to arrive!
