I’ve partnered with Hills Bros. Coffee to bring you this post. As always, all opinions are my own.
This Fresh Strawberry Bread is the perfect way to make use of fresh summer strawberries! It comes together quickly and is packed with delicious strawberry flavor. Sure to be a family favorite!
Every now and then, things come together in just the right way to make something that was always good even better. Things like dinner at the movie theater or concerts in the park or tailgating at the baseball game….or delicious coffee at the strawberry festival!
I don’t know about you, but a summer festival devoted to strawberries is pretty much my ideal. So when I was asked by Hills Bros. Coffee to attend the Cedarburg Strawberry Festival and check out their traveling coffee tent, it was a no-brainer. Because if there’s anything better than a strawberry festival…it’s a strawberry festival with coffee!
I spent some time checking out the festival (of course) and getting inspired by all the delicious strawberry recipes. And then I headed to the Hills Bros. Coffee Tent to see what it was all about. Well, there were free coffee samples (yay!) and I got to learn about Hills Bros. new 100% Compostable Single-Serve Pods. (Double yay!)
I learned that Hills Bros. Single-Serve Pods are the world’s first Certified 100% Compostable Single-Serve Pod. They’re made of innovative materials that are certified to completely break down in commercial composting facilities and actually add important nutrients to the soil. So your coffee grounds can actually be put to use! How amazing is that!?
It’s the company’s new #BrewAndRenew initiative, and I’m loving it. I love the fact that a company that’s been around since the late 1800’s is taking the initiative to “go green”….and I especially love it because the coffee tastes amazing!
It would be the perfect accompaniment to a slice of Fresh Strawberry Bread. Because now we know….coffee and strawberries really do go together nicely! This Fresh Strawberry Bread was inspired by my time at the strawberry festival, and I can see it becoming a summer staple. Because….strawberries. And bread. And….coffee!
