Ingredients
2 1/2
cups
all purpose flour
1
cup
granulated sugar
3 1/2
teaspoons
baking powder

teaspoon
salt

Tablespoons
vegetable oil
1
cup
milk
1
egg
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1 1/2
cups
fresh sliced strawberries
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; fold in fresh strawberries.
Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool slightly, then loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
