Iced Lattes are a delicious, refreshing drink that’s perfect for summer! Made with just 3 ingredients, they’re the perfect warm weather alternative to your favorite coffee drink!
When it comes to fun coffee drinks, lattes are always at the top of the list. They’re simple, classic, and SO versatile… and they’re also incredibly easy to make at home!
I first learned how to make them when I worked at a coffee shop back in college… and I’ve been making them at home ever since. I love them hot, iced, flavored, unflavored, you name it. Any way you can make a latte, I’m in!
But my FAVORITE way to make them is this. 2 shots. Iced. With vanilla syrup. It’s a delicious drink for your morning commute, your mid-morning break, or an afternoon out by the pool.
And if you’re feeling like a little extra fun? Add a splash of Baileys! Or Kahlua… or vodka… or pretty much anything. An iced latte is the perfect base for a fun cocktail, too!
What goes in an Iced Latte
Ice – I filled my glass about 3/4 full with ice. The exact amount is up to you!
Milk – I used 2%, but you can use any type you prefer for either a lighter or creamier drink.
Espresso – Traditional lattes are made with espresso. If you don’t have an espresso machine you can substitute very strong coffee.
Flavored syrup – I used Torani Vanilla Syrup, which can be found in the coffee aisle at most grocery stores.
