Have you ever had one of those experiences where you’re just SO HAPPY to be home? Because after spending the past 5 days in Charleston, with flight cancellations and delays and storms and craziness, there was nothing that made me happier than walking through the door last night. Home sweet home.

Not that Charleston wasn’t amazing…because it was. If you’ve never been there, add it to your list! We were there for a blogging conference, but somehow found plenty of time to explore the city, shop, and eat ALL the things. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had so many amazing fried things – loaded tater tots, french fries, seasoned chips with blue cheese dipping sauce, onion rings the size of donuts – or so many delicious cocktails. For real. And don’t even get me started on the biscuits. I had NO idea what I was missing.

So really the last thing I need to do now that I’m home is indulge. Honestly, what I probably need is a week’s worth of steamed veggies and some cantaloupe and cucumber water. But. I happen to know that there’s a container of this Creamy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip waiting for me in the fridge. And even though it’s the last thing I need, it’s exactly what I want.

I always love a good dessert dip, like this Oreo Dip or Banana Cream Pie Dip or my favorite Baileys Chocolate Chip Dip, and this Creamy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip is no slacker. It’s perfectly creamy and sweet and peanut buttery, and literally comes together in 5 minutes. It makes a great little snack or last minute dessert, and it’s one of those things that everyone loves. Because peanut butter + chocolate is ALWAYS a win. And when you can eat it by the spoonful in the form of Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip, it’s pretty much heaven. So long for now, Charleston….I’ve moved on!

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 3/4 c. peanut butter
• 3 oz. cream cheese
• 3 Tbsp. milk
• 2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Combine first four ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Mix on medium - high speed until smooth and creamy.
3. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fruit!
