3-Cheese Spinach Artichoke Mac & Cheese takes your homemade mac and cheese recipe to the next level. This comfort food recipe is quick, easy, and delicious. It comes together in the time it takes the noodles to cook and is the perfect weeknight dinner recipe for busy families!
Mac & cheese. It’s my kids’ absolute favorite. They love it for lunch or dinner, they order it at restaurants, and yes, they have even asked to have it for breakfast. At times it seems like the ONLY thing they’ll eat….(and, at times, I’m sure it probably is)! There’s just something about it they can’t get enough of.
I know I’m not alone in this, especially since every kid who ever comes over decides on mac & cheese for lunch. And I’m definitely not complaining. It’s quick and easy and feeds a crowd….and on the off chance that my kids want to mix it up from time to time, it couldn’t be easier to transform. The possibilities are endless!
Of course, you have to know your crowd. What types of flavors they’ll go for, what will keep them coming back for more. My kids love the Shells & White Cheddar and, lucky for me, they’re used to some bold flavors. As soon as I told them this would taste like spinach artichoke dip, they were willing to try it! And….success!!
I always love it when a kid win is an adult win, too….and this 3-cheese spinach artichoke mac & cheese recipe is definitely both. It’s mac & cheese, with a delicious twist that’s perfect for the whole family. And ready in 20 minutes or less! It doesn’t really get any better, my friends. Enjoy!!
