3-ingredient Caramel Coconut Coffee Creamer and a review of the Touch Single-Serve Coffee Brewer!

You know those people who eat the same exact thing for breakfast every. single. day?? Yeah, I’m totally one of them. To be fair, I switch up my daily special every now and then. For months it was a whole wheat bagel with jelly, and then I moved on to scrambled egg whites and toast, and finally on to my current obsession, mashed avocado with 2 eggs over easy. I’ve been eating it for nearly 6 months now, and I have yet to grow tired of it. But when I do, you better believe I’ll find something to take its place. And whatever it is, you better believe it will become a daily thing!

You know what else is a daily thing? COFFEE! Other than pregnancy, I’m pretty sure I’ve had coffee nearly every morning for the past 10 years. And as much as I can’t imagine my life without it, I must admit I have to mix it up from time to time. Specifically, in terms of creamer. I’ve been feeling recently like I could go for a little something different…..so I decided to make a new flavor of creamer. Caramel Coconut, to be exact.

Made with just 3 ingredients, this creamer is as simple as it is delicious. And it makes coffee feel like a treat again. Which… after 10 years of drinking it… is hard to do. You’re welcome!

  1. At home, I’ll drink my coffee with skim milk (because that’s the way the rest of the house drinks it!), but at work, I add a little bit of creamer. I love this flavor of creamer you are using! I didn’t know I could enhance the flavor of half & half that easy – great idea!

  2. I don’t care for strong bitter coffees, but I like them to have a fair amount of flavor, which is something I could NEVER get with my Keurig without using more than one K-Pack, which gets expensive, so I never use it. This machine sounds awesome, and I would be so excited to try it. Winning it would be an awesome birthday gift. Thanks for the chance!!!

  3. Extra hot, stevia and usually coconut milk or some international delight fun flavor,. I am trying to cut it out though since it is so artificial so your homemade looks awesome!

  4. I love Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiato for a treat!! Daily, it’s a dark roast with Silk Almond Creamer!!

  5. I like my coffrccoffee mixed with a bit of chocolate syrup because whats better than coffee and chocolate in the morning?!

  6. Extra bold and black, however, often when I have a bit of a sweet tooth after dinner, I’ll add some flavored creamer. (a different flavor often around here-we have 4 adults) I love all of the flavors!

  7. We all drink it the same here..and, lots of it too.
Black, dark, and bold..with a little sweet and low.
    Thanks..ours, broke today.
btw..I love your colors..I have a seaglass beachy home as well.
The thingy is opening..but, I got the gist of the question.
