Triple Berry Banana Smoothie Bowls have all the smoothie flavor you love… and they’re thick enough to eat with a spoon! Packed with three types of berries, bananas, shredded coconut, and a touch of honey, they’re guaranteed to be a favorite!
Can we talk for a minute about smoothies? And the fact that my kids are obsessed?? I’m pretty sure they would eat them for every meal if I let them. And I have to admit, it’s tempting!
What other meal option offers you so much variety? Or makes it so easy to pack in so many nutrients? What other meal option comes together in just minutes, is easy to eat on the go, and makes everyone happy?? (For the record, I can’t think of anything….especially when it comes to making everyone happy!)
For now, we’ve been limiting our smoothie intake to breakfast and after-school snack. And for now, my kids are content. But I have to admit, I’ve been feeling a little less than satisfied. It’s not that I don’t enjoy smoothies….I do! It’s just that drinking my breakfast doesn’t really do it for me. I need something I can sink my teeth into. Or at least a spoon….!
Which is why a smoothie bowl is really the way to go. Loaded with frozen bananas, mixed berries, coconut, pecans, and a touch of honey, this is one breakfast that satisfies everyone! I love using soymilk in my smoothies because it’s packed with protein, low in saturated fat, cholesterol free, and so delicious. Especially the vanilla….my personal favorite! And since it’s spoonable, and topped with delicious fruit and nuts….I really DO have something to sink my teeth into. Win, win, win!
Of course, it’s not all about me. It just so happens that when it comes to these Triple Berry Banana Smoothie Bowls, it works out in my favor. My kids get the breakfast of their dreams, it starts their day off on the right foot, and I finally get to EAT my breakfast again. Just the way I like it.

do you really mean 14 cups of pecans or is this a typo error and it’s a quarter cup?
Cathy Trochelman says
Haha – I think it’s safe to say that’s a typo. 1/4 cup it is….I’ll go change it now. Thanks for pointing it out to me!
