These Red, White & Blue Fireworks Treats are a little bit salty, a little bit sweet, and a whole lot of fun for 4th of July!

These Red, White & Blue Fireworks Treats are a little bit salty, a little bit sweet, and a whole lot of fun for 4th of July!

I took a look at my summer calendar the other day….and let’s just say I’m still trying to talk myself down off the ledge. Yikes! It is FULL! So much fuller than I realized. But I guess that’s how summer goes, right? You plan one fun thing after another….until suddenly your summer doesn’t feel so fun anymore!? HA! Kidding….(sort of).

These Red, White & Blue Fireworks Treats are a little bit salty, a little bit sweet, and a whole lot of fun for 4th of July!

Seriously, though. Three family trips, a few visits with long lost friends, countless birthdays, play dates, sleepovers, and a way-too-long bucket list that the kids will NOT let me forget….I can’t help but wonder what was I thinking. It all sounded fun at the time, I’m sure of it. But it’s enough to make you feel like you’re losing your mind! (In a fun way, of course….)

These Red, White & Blue Fireworks Treats are a little bit salty, a little bit sweet, and a whole lot of fun for 4th of July!

And then there’s the 4th of July – the one and only summer holiday. Anyone who knows us knows that we do holidays right….and the 4th is no different. Parade, cookout, water balloons, family, friends, fireworks. No matter how busy our summer might be, we do NOT skimp on 4th of July fun. Right down to the treats!

These Red, White & Blue Fireworks Treats are a little bit salty, a little bit sweet, and a whole lot of fun for 4th of July!

I’ve had the idea for these Red, White & Blue Fireworks Treats in my head for a while now….partly just because I love these white chocolate clusters so much and haven’t had them since Christmas….and partly because I just knew they’d be the perfect {easy} little treats for the 4th. And I have to say – I LOVE how they turned out! Right down to the sprinkles on top. And you know what? They already have me excited for the 4th! Now we just need to check approximately 27 other things off our list before we get there…but who’s counting?

Oof, sounds like a very full calendar indeed….. Better take a deep breath and remember to relax, too! Summer is meant to be enjoyed 😉 Anyways, love the way this looks! SO cute! Red-white-blue is actually the colour of the Dutch flag, so I can still use this… hehe!
