It struck me this past weekend that we are halfway through summer. Halfway! Boy, does time fly when it’s warm outside. To be honest, I have mixed feelings about it. Part of me can’t believe we’re already at this point….(WHERE did the time go!?) and the other part of me is so glad we’re already at this point! Because even though I start every summer with high hopes and big plans, it only takes a short while to be brought back down to the reality that summer is hard!

I don’t need to go into all the reasons why summer with kids is hard, but let’s just suffice it to say that by the time the weekend rolls around, I have one thing and one thing only on my mind: summer parties! I love bringing people together for a little summer fun… and these Mai Tai Mocktails are our latest drink of choice. Made with just 4 ingredients, they’re as delicious as they are easy. After all, isn’t easy what summer is all about?
