Veggie Pizza Dip has all the flavors of the veggie pizza you love….without the crust! Perfect for dipping vegetables, crackers, pretzels, or bread, this dip is quick, easy, and delicious!
You know that whole thing about being sad that your kids are getting older, and not having a baby anymore, and saying goodbye to all those exciting “firsts”? Well, I’m kinda there. I can’t help but think it has something to do with Myla turning two….and Nora starting Kindergarten….and Ellia getting ready for her last year of grade school. My kids are getting older (sob)!!! And I’m not really okay with it.
Not that I have a choice, right? Life keeps happening, whether we want it to or not. So every now and then, when I’m feeling up to it, I try to look on the bright side. And every now and then, I find that the bright side looks pretty good!
Case in point: Myla’s birthday cake. I realized the morning of her birthday that we didn’t have a cake for her….so I started pulling out bowls and spoons and ingredients. And before I knew it, the three older girls were ALL helping me! And for one of the first times I can remember, they were actually helpful.
Ellia read the recipe, Greta measured and poured, Nora mixed. And just like that, we had a cake! And in that moment, I realized that this was not so bad, having older kids who can actually be helpful. Because if they can be helpful with things like birthday cake, surely they can be helpful with other things, too (like getting their own snacks?)
Speaking of snacks… veggies and Ranch Dip is always a hit… and this Veggie Pizza Dip is one of our favorites! It has all the flavors of crescent roll veggie pizza, without the crust. So it’s perfect for dipping crackers, fresh vegetables, or any of your favorite dippers. It’s the perfect snack, really. And best of all? It’s easy enough that my kids can make it, themselves! How’s that for looking on the bright side?

It looks easy, but why does this dip have MSG in it. MSG gives me major headaches. Will have to try another type without MSG.

Major yumminess! I served with bagel chips, crackers and made the crescent rolls, just in a sheet and cut into different shapes!
