So. I’ve been trying to do more for myself lately. Which, as any mom knows, isn’t nearly as easy as it looks. • 1 c. vanilla Greek yogurt
• 1/2 c. vanilla almond milk
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 Tbsp. honey
• 2 tsp. matcha powder
