Is it just me, or are random days off one of the best things EVER!?!? We’ve had a few this year, and Jorden just mentioned to me that he has off next Monday for President’s Day. Definitely random….but we’ll take it! Actually, I couldn’t be more excited. Because a random day off means a break from routine…..which, in my world, is always welcome.

    Oh gosh first of all, brinner is our favorite at our house! And second, what is not to love about cheesesteaks? The peppers and the gooey cheese gets me every time. These are genius and I am thinking perfect for brunch tomorrow!
