When it comes to Thanksgiving, I think it’s safe to say everyone has their favorites. For some, it’s the turkey. For some, the dessert. But for me, it’s always the stuffing! Don’t get me wrong – I love ALL the food – but there’s something about stuffing that is especially delicious. Especially when you mix it up! Maybe that’s why I like it so much – because the possibilities are endless. I recently had the opportunity to create a new stuffing recipe for Jones Dairy Farm, and I’m so glad I did. Because this Poutine Stuffing with Jones Sausage is amazing!!!
Not only is it loaded with sausage (I used Jones All Natural Pork Sausage Roll) and Wisconsin cheese curds, but it has a delicious gravy that gets drizzled on top once the stuffing is baked.
