Ingredients
1/2
cup
water
1/2
cup
granulated sugar
1/2
cup
shredded
sweetened coconut
2
tablespoons
fresh lime juice
Instructions
Combine water, sugar, and shredded coconut in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stir until sugar dissolves completely.
Remove from heat, add fresh lime juice, and set aside to cool.
Once cool, strain simple syrup through a fine strainer to remove shredded coconut.
Store or use immediately.
