Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 romaine lettuce heart
  • 1/2 cup shreddedBBQ chicken
  • 1/2 pear sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage

Instructions

  • Add lettuce to a shallow bowl or large plate. Top with bbq chicken, pears, red onion, walnuts, and gorgonzola cheese.
  • Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients in a small jar or container with a lid. Shake well, then drizzle over salad as desired.
