Ingredients
Salad

romaine lettuce heart

shreddedBBQ chicken

pear
sliced
1/4

crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

chopped walnuts
Dressing
1/3

olive oil
1/3
cup
apple cider vinegar

Tablespoons
honey

Dijon mustard

teaspoon
minced garlic

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
rubbed sage
Instructions
Add lettuce to a shallow bowl or large plate. Top with bbq chicken, pears, red onion, walnuts, and gorgonzola cheese.
Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients in a small jar or container with a lid. Shake well, then drizzle over salad as desired.
