Instructions

  • Prepare tuna salad according to recipe instructions. This can be used immediately or made up to 2 days in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for melts.
  • Place bread slices on a baking sheet and top with tuna salad and sliced cheese.
  • Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is toasted through. Remove from oven; garnish with sliced avocado and fresh pepper.
