Taco Salad
Taco Salad is one of our all time FAVORITE dinner recipes. It has all the flavors of tacos... in a light, fresh, delicious salad. It's easy to make, and so satisfying you won't even miss the shell. If you love tacos, this recipe is for you!

Ingredients
8
ounces
lettuce
1
pound
ground beef or ground turkey
Homemade Taco Seasoning OR 1 package taco seasoning
3/4
cup
chopped tomatoes
3/4
cup
shredded cheese
1/2
cup
black beans
drained and rinsed
1/2
cup
corn
1/2
avocado
chopped
1/2
jalapeño
thinly sliced
1/4
cup
diced red onion
1
Tablespoon
minced cilantro
tortilla chips
sour cream
1
lime
Instructions
Brown meat; add seasoning and water and prepare according to instructions.
Assemble salad ingredients in a large serving bowl.
Top with minced cilantro and sour cream.
Squeeze lime juice over the top of the salad.
Serve with additional sour cream or salad dressing of your choice.
