Ingredients

  • 16 ounces vanilla candy coating
  • 14 mini Twix bars
  • 14 mini m&m's red
  • 28 Itty Bitty Mini pretzels
  • 28 candy eyeballs
  • 2 teaspoons candy sprinkles

Instructions

  • Gather and prep the ingredients: sort out the red m&m's, collect whole (unbroken) pretzels, and unwrap the Twix candies. Set aside.
  • Chop the candy coating into smaller squares, then place it in a microwave safe bowl. Melt over medium heat, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent scorching.
  • Once the chocolate is fully melted, spread it evenly onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with wax paper, about 1/4 inch thick. *Reserve 1-2 Tablespoons for assembly.
  • Let the chocolate cool for about 2 minutes, then arrange the Twix and pretzels to form reindeer heads.
  • Once the heads are assembled, sprinkle the white chocolate with colored sprinkles.
  • Stick the candy eyeballs and noses to the Twix bars using a toothpick dipped in melted chocolate.
  • Set aside to harden completely, then cut into individual pieces.

Notes

Recipe variations

  • Use milk chocolate instead of white chocolate
  • Substitute Red Hots for mini m&m's
  • Use Tootsie Rolls in place of Twix
  • Sprinkle with red and green mini m&m's
  • Adjust the thickness of the bark according to your preferences
  • Make individual treats by pouring smaller circles of white chocolate onto wax paper and then decorating them individually with reindeer
