Ingredients

  • 16 ounces white chocolate Vanilla Candiquik or other
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Melt white chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Stir in macadamia nuts, cranberries, and Rice Krispies.
  • Spread to desired thickness on wax paper or parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
  • Cool at room temperature until set, then break into pieces and store at room temperature.

Notes

This bark stores well and can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for 6 months or longer.

Recipe Variations:

    • Use milk chocolate in place of white chocolate
    • Add any of your favorite dried fruit (apricots, mango, cherries, apples, blueberries)
    • Substitute chopped almonds, walnuts, pistachios, or cashews for the macadamia nuts
    • Add a dash of cinnamon to the melted chocolate
    • Stir in toasted coconut
    • Substitute pretzel pieces, potato chips, or anything crunchy for the Rice Krispies
