Ingredients

Lettuce wraps

  • 8 ounces cooked shrimp small or medium size
  • 1/2 red pepper chopped
  • 1/2 avocado chopped
  • 1/3 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1/4 cup mango chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chopped
  • 8 lettuce leaves

Soyaki sauce

  • cup soy sauce
  • cup teriyaki sauce
  • cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic 6 cloves
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Combine shrimp and chopped fruits & vegetables in a medium bowl.
  • Prepare soyaki sauce by combining all ingredients in a container and stirring or shaking to mix.
  • Spoon shrimp mixture into lettuce leaves; drizzle with soyaki sauce or dip lettuce wraps into sauce as desired.
