  • 2 cups shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Spread coconut in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring every few minutes for even browning.
  • Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
