Ingredients

  • 2 cans albacore tuna drained
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. minced red onion
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • pinch of salt optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; mix well.
  • Serve on bread, crackers, salad, or all on its own.
