Take your appetizer game to the next level with this Teriyaki Shrimp Crostini! A delicious combination of creamy edamame hummus and grilled teriyaki shrimp, it's a flavor explosion in every bite... and perfect for summer entertaining!
In a medium mixing bowl, combine raw shrimp and Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes - 2 hours.
While the shrimp is marinating, slice the baguette into thin slices. Place slices on a baking sheet; bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes.
In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine shelled edamame, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Grill the marinated shrimp for 2 minutes on each side or until completely cooked through.
Assemble the crostini by topping each toasted bread slice with 2 tablespoons of hummus and 1 grilled shrimp. Garnish with chili peppers and cilantro leaves as desired.
Notes
For extra teriyaki flavor, brush grilled shrimp with additional sauce before assembling.
