Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. medium cooked shrimp tails removed
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, celery, red pepper, and green onion.
  • In a separate bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, hot sauce, Old Bay Seasoning, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour dressing over shrimp mixture and mix well.
