Ingredients
Quinoa Bowl

cooked quinoa

yellow pepper
sliced

small purple onion

Seasoning

chili powder

Instructions
Saute peppers and onions in a medium skillet until tender-crisp.
Stir in shrimp and seasonings.
Divide quinoa evenly among plates or bowls; top with fajita mix and black beans.
Garnish with avocado.
