Sauteed Brussel Sprouts

Sauteed Brussel Sprouts are the perfect side dish for any meal. They're easy to make, with just a few ingredients, and ready in under 10 minutes. If you're looking for a quick, easy, DELICIOUS way to prepare brussel sprouts, this is one of our favorites!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. brussel sprouts about 2 cups
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Wash brussel sprouts; trim ends and cut in half.
  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, combine halved brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Once oil starts sizzling, cook approximately 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. (*Halfway through cooking time, add 1 Tbsp. water to prevent drying out)
  • Once sprouts have reached desired tenderness, remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Enjoy!
