Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and fresh rosemary.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally until sugar is completely dissolved. Boil for one minute.
  • Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let steep for 30 minutes.
  • Strain the syrup into a glass jar, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
