Everyone loves a good Reuben, and these Reuben Meatballs are the ultimate fun twist! Loaded with creamy Swiss cheese, crisp sauerkraut, and tangy Thousand Island dressing... they're hot, cheesy, and SO delicious!
In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs, sauerkraut, cream of onion soup, 1 cup Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, and caraway seeds. Mix until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with minced parsley and serve with rye bread or rye chips.

Recipe variations:
Add 1/2 cup sauteed onions
Add 1/4 cup pickle relish for extra tanginess
Substitute 8 ounces softened cream cheese for half of the Swiss cheese
