Ingredients

package dried 3-Cheese Tortellini

cup
fresh shaved Parmesan cheese
3/4
cups
basil pesto
1/2
cup
sun dried tomatoes in oil
chopped
1/4
cup
fresh basil
chopped

Tablespoons
pine nuts
Instructions
Prepare tortellini according to package instructions; drain and rinse.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked tortellini and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
Notes
*This recipe can also be served warm as a main dish.
