Ingredients

butter

bread

provolone cheese

tomato
sliced
1/4
cup
pesto
1
avocado
Instructions
Spread 2 slices of bread with 2 Tablespoons each prepared pesto.
Top each with 2 slices provolone, 2 slices tomato, 1/2 avocado (mashed), and remaining piece of bread.
Melt 1 Tablespoon in a skillet or panini press. Grill until bread is browned and cheese is melted.
