Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans fresh
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread green beans on a large rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
