Parmesan Crisps

Homemade Parmesan Crisps are deliciously light, crisp and flavorful... and made with just ONE ingredient! The perfect salad topper or quick & easy snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese finely shredded
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, everything bagel seasoning, smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Drop grated parmesan by the rounded teaspoonful onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Be sure cheese is slightly packed and mounded.
  • Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Storage Tips

Parmesan Crisps can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy on top of salads, soups, or as a grab & go snack!
