Oven Bacon
Everyone loves bacon, and this is our FAVORITE way to make it! Easy oven baked bacon turns out perfect every time... with no splatter and no mess. Ready in just 20 minutes, and the oven does all the work!

Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (you may need to use two).
Place bacon strips on parchment paper. Do not overlap.
Bake at 400° for approximately 15-18 minutes.
Remove from oven and transfer to paper towels before serving.
Notes
Variations:
For extra crispy bacon, place a wire rack over the parchment paper and cook the bacon on the rack.
Substitute aluminum foil for parchment paper
Before baking, season bacon with cajun seasoning, jerk seasoning, or any seasoning blend you have on hand
Add garlic cloves to the pan with bacon
Brush par-cooked bacon with maple syrup, barbecue sauce, or a honey/sriracha blend, then return to the oven for 5 minutes to let the flavors bake in
Bake for more or less time, depending on desired level of crispiness
