Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 3 ounce package Lime Jello
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Soften cream cheese and butter.
  • Combine cream cheese, butter, Jello and whipping cream in medium mixing bowl and beat until smooth and thoroughly blended.
  • Add powdered sugar and beat 2 minutes.
  • Use immediately to frost cupcakes or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Frosts 12 cupcakes.
