Ingredients
Salad

cups
mixed greens
1/4
cup
raspberries
1/4
cup
blackberries
1/4
cup
sliced strawberries
1
kiwi
sliced
2
slices
gouda cheese
Croutons
1
cup
cubed crusty bread
2
Tablespoons
melted butter
2
teaspoons
honey
Dressing
⅓
cup
mayo
1
Tablespoon
white wine vinegar
1
Tablespoon
honey
½
teaspoon
poppy seeds
Instructions
Prepare croutons by combining melted butter and honey in a medium bowl.
Add cubed bread and toss to coat.
Bake on a rimmed baking sheet at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients in a small jar and shaking vigorously.
Assemble salad by topping mixed greens with berries and cheese; top with croutons and dressing as desired.
