Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk together until creamy.
  • Use as a dipping sauce or condiment for any of your favorite appetizers or meals.

Notes

Recipe variations:
  • Omit the mayo and double the sour cream
  • Cut the mayo in half and replace that amount with sour cream
  • Use white wine or apple cider vinegar in place of lemon  juice
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard or 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • Increase or decrease the horseradish according to your preferences
