Ingredients

Sandwiches

  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 16 slices ham
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Topping

  • 1 Tablespoon salted butter melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Slice ciabatta rolls lengthwise.
  • Divide ham & cheese evenly among rolls.
  • Prepare honey mustard by combining mayo, honey, dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
  • Divide honey mustard evenly among sandwiches. *For an extra saucy sandwich, double the sauce.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter and poppy seeds. Brush on top of sandwiches.
  • Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are warmed through.
