Hawaiian Mimosa
Hawaiian Mimosas are a fun twist on a classic! Made with pineapple juice, Malibu rum, and a splash of grenadine, they look just like a Hawaiian sunset....in a glass!

Ingredients

ounces
pineapple juice
1
ounce
Malibu
3
ounces
Brut champagne
.5 ounces grenadine
1
pineapple wedge
1
maraschino cherry
Instructions
Pour 3 ounces chilled pineapple juice into a champagne flute or wine glass.
Add 1 ounce Malibu.
Top with 3 ounces chilled champagne.
Carefully pour .5 ounce of grenadine along the edge of the glass for a layered effect. Do not mix!
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.

Recipe Variations
Use any variety of sparkling wine, adjusting the sweetness level according to your tastes
Use a pineapple juice blend
Substitute orange juice for a more traditional twist on a mimosa
Use any brand of coconut rum
Substitute coconut flavored vodka or liqueur
Garnish with canned pineapple rings or chunks for ease and convenience
