Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh herbs I used parsley, basil, mint, and chives
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Depending on the size of your processor, you may need to add herbs in batches.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

Recipe Variations

  • Use any ratio of sour cream and mayo
  • Substitute plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream
  • Substitute capers for the anchovy paste
  • Use any combination of fresh herbs, including parsley, basil, dill, tarragon, chives, and mint
  • Substitute fresh finely grated Parmesan for the feta
  • Substitute garlic powder and onion powder for the scallions and fresh garlic
  • Omit the jalapeño for a non-spicy dip

Storage Tips

Green Goddess Dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and will stay fresh for about 1 week. Because of the fresh herbs, eat it sooner than later for optimal flavor!
