Ingredients

  • 16 ounces refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups red grapes halved
  • 1 1/2 cups green grapes halved
  • 1 1/2 cups black grapes halved
  • 1 ounce white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Press the cookie dough into a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove the crust from the oven and cool completely.
  • While the crust is cooling, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla in a small mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  • Wash and dry the grapes, then cut them in half lengthwise.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled sugar cookie crust. Arrange the grapes over the cream cheese layer as desired.
  • Drizzle with melted white chocolate and finely chopped pecans.
