Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries quartered
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 11 ounces blueberries
  • 10.5 ounce can mandarin oranges
  • 9 ounces raspberries
  • 6 ounces blackberries
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1 cup green grapes halved
  • 4 kiwi chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons mandarin orange or pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  • Wash and cut the fruit into uniform pieces.
  • Combine the fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the fruit salad, tossing gently to coat.

Notes

Recipe variations:
  • Add additional fruits, such as mango, cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, apples, pears, or peaches
  • Omit the dressing or make it even simpler with just honey and lime juice
  • Sprinkle fruit with granulated sugar and let it create its own "dressing"
  • Add lemon or lime zest
  • Sprinkle with shredded coconut for a tropical twist
  • Cut the fruit into bigger pieces and skewer them to make kabobs
